So it is going to happen. The 1st organizational post on this website will occur 1 week from today next Sunday. All new posts will happen then, there will be all aspects of your life that we will cover. From the kitchen to the bathrooms and in March it will be all scrapbooking to prepare for Spring Crop Camp. Yep you better believe it how great is that!

So mark your calendars to check with me on Sunday January 6th and every Sunday after that my goal is to have the posts up by noon on that day to get you a little jump start for the week. If you have suggestions throw them at me I have been researching for January so I hope you feel what I have dug up is helpful.

Nice huh? Nothing like being woke up on a Saturday morning to "MOM ITS SNOWING!" Even at 10 we still do this. Weird thing is that when the dog had to go out side to pea at 8 am it was freezing rain how could this happen in such a short period of time?

Everyone who knows me knows that this skinny bitch totally hates cold wet weather. BUT I am getting better considering thats all we have gotten every weekend for the last few weekends.

I am tollerating though only because of my cute rain boots Ryan got me. Dont they rock!!

Well I will post a whole extravaganza of Christmas pics hopefully tomorrow evening before I iron my clothes for work but these should tide you over.

So I have been a busy girl today finishing up projects and pages. All of these are for the Aweso{Me} Class I take with Summer at the Attic that is just a wonderful class every time, we are allowed to do our own thing and I love that!

The 1st picture is "Where I Come From" page I took this of my parents house today, lots of white about 1 1/2" at this point.

Page 2 and 3 are "My Collection" Pages the original design only called for 1 page but I obviously needed more room.

The last one was a challenge, I know I am behind but we were to document something embarrassing so that was mine :)

I am feeling a little like Rev Run now as I contemplate my day. Crazy at work but a little girlfriend time and the movie "White Chicks" and watching them dance to "It's Tricky" By Run DMC and my rapping if you call it that episode on Friday night all put it into perspective.

How many friends do you have that you can eat with, karoke with even if you suck really bad and the game tells you so, show up at their house in your jammies cuddle up on their couch and laugh soo hard your cheeks hurt and chat serious too?

The last 5 years I have been truley blessed with some of the best girlfriends I could have and we can support one another through it all. And its NOT WHINING its VENTING there is a proper term ya know?

To all my friends old and new THANK YOU and I am here for you always.

A little back ground for those who have gotten to know me recently and for Connie, Carol Jean and Aunt Bo the family who already know these couples. The 1st set is my Grandpa Floyd and my Grandma Bertie Gearhardt. I believe that picture was taken when they lived in Durango Colorado when my grandfather worked for the railroad. My Grandma Bertie left us in 95 not too long after I graduated highschool, she was the babysitter and who we went to when we were sick, we didnt need our mamas we had Grandma Bertie. My grandpa Floyd passed away a few days after Christmas almost 2 years ago and that impact alone he had on me will stay forever.

The second set is my Grandma Donna Jean and Grandpa Lloyd Strobel. I lost my grandpa Lloyd when I was a sophmore and miss him everyday and see soo much of my dad in him. I learned my hard work ethics from him and know why I carried that name for along time. My grandma Donna or Grammy Grape as she is known to Carlee is still with us and I hope to keep it that way for awhile. I havent learned how to make chicken and noodles or embroider or those darn sugar cookies that melt in my mouth. Boy sounds like her and I have alot to do :)

Ok this whole poll thing is going pretty well. It 1. Verifies to me that at least 5 people read my blog and 2. Scarily enough people trust me to help them organize more time into their day. So for those 5 that voted tell me what you would like tips on :)

Yep we are some cool hot karoke chicks, yep yep. That us having fun with Shandra's girls Christmas present. Hey... now we had to make sure it worked and get the games figured out for them :) Nothing like a little Run DMC to "Its Tricky" to get the party started!! Kathy will have video on her blog and its HILARIOUS!!

Saturday was Aweso{Me} in Andover. I just love that class, and I always feel like I am at home at that store, so fun, friendly and cozy and so free to do your own thing and I love Summer for that.

Well the last picture is what we woke up to Sunday morning, me not a happy camper, cleaning off my car to go to Dillons sucked but I appreciated it today because it didnt require any work. Got rain and lightening coming down now I am guessing just waiting to freeze. I have a referee album to finish that is all KU and KU Colors goes over not so well in a house with a K State graduate and an OSU Pokes fan! Those Hawks have been endangered since they got home with me in a shopping bag!

Hey Ladies~

I know I have been demanding lately asking for stuffs from you all but here I go again.

Miss Carlee is having a difficult time, her dad and Melissa have decided to "breakup" as she calls it and she seems to be ok for now but only time will tell. Yesterday she was testy and short so we reevaluated the attitude and moved forward.

Just keep her in your mind this week for me she will appreciate it more than she knows.

Last one for tonight and its only 10:39 but I need a Resse's Peanut Butter tree some milk and a warm bed, got shopping to do tomorrow.

This is for Summer's Aweso{me} Class Challenge from the sketch. I had full intentions of doing the other 4 but doubt I will make the midnight deadline.

I know I know I have been totally MIA this week, just wanted to make sure you all got to see the Crop Camp Elves come on you know we are soo cute!!

Going to get some Santa shopping done tomorrow, then some gifts made Sunday and we will see how the rest of the weekend goes.

Next Friday is a fun little get together then Aweso{Me} Class saturday I SO CANNOT WAIT!!

LADIES~PRAYERS APPRECIATED

Two of our dear scrapbooking friends lost their mothers this weekend.

Donna Wunderlich and Kathy Simmons mother passed away Saturday please say some prayers for them and their families. Her daughter Beverly and her grandaughter as well have all been to Crop Camp and could use some CC Love

Jennifer Turner lost her mother on Sunday as well and she could use some thoughts, prayers and friends now too. She is a Crop Camp girl as well and with as many of us as there are we could do alot of praying for her and Brian and the boys.

Amy Wolfe http://wolffx5.blogspot.com is having surgery tomorrow so say a little prayer for her too.

Please keep these ladies in your hearts for me it means alot to me and them.

These are for Kathy. This was from her Crop Camp layout class but I do 8 1/2 x 11 so this is my modified version. It is going to require surgery because I made the pocket too big on the left side layout and my journaling tags get lost so it will have an incision line in the back.

A week flew by I had a 2 page to do list and finished it at midnight last night. My Recipe album from Renee's class is done and my holiday planner and tons of other things. More to do today so not much time to chat. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

The organizational class on Saturday was AMAZING these 5 women rocked the house stayed on task and got their stuff all organized. They were just the best group of ladies. This was my first class that I knew noone at all and I am so glad cause I made 5 new friends and a girl can never have too many friends.
My sister and her hubby and my dear bo Bena added a new member to their family yesterday. He is a black and white Shih Tzu named Ace Of Spades but Ace for short and he is seriously just soo adorable and laid back its crazy. I enjoyed cuddling him today after spending alot of time with Susans puppy friday night I needed another puppy fix.
Thursday is dinner at Martha's (thats what we call my sister for Martha Stewart) always an amazing meal and beautifully decorated I will take a picture of it and the cute puppy too

You can't tell we have fun at Crop Camp huh? Michielle sent me these today and she must have know I needed it because twice today I have laughed so hard caffiene has just about came out of my nose. SERIOUS!! How funny are these and HELLO! I am that clueless that I pose for these?

WOW I know its been awhile a LONG WHILE. Crazy things going on around here busy days and weeks. I was out of comission Sunday I was up until 4am and woke up feeling YUCKEE! Went to work Monday lasted until 1 and called it quits and laid on the couch with Dr. Phil that was it until Carlee got home from School.

Today was violin and hair cut day for her and her hair is ADORABLE I will post a pic tomorrow since we are getting our Dancing with the Stars on right now, cause the Cheetah Girl Will be on.

<---------Can you believe this exists in my house. Yep one of Carlee's 3 closets I may just have to tackle it myself it haunts me in my sleep, serious how could you find anything in there?

Saturday I am teaching my LIFE CHANGING CROPPER HOPPER GET ORGANIZED CLASS, I keep being told how much better of a scrapper people have become because of this class and I think the Scrap Funattic girls for allowing me there so often and ALL day on Saturdays and we take up the whole class area. I have 3 spots open so please do this for yourself, you will not regret it and if you dont wanna drive and you are coming from Winfield I can help you with that too!! There are benifits to riding with me, Serious ask Danelle and Susan I organize your stuff on the way up and home NO JOKE! Been known to make a few house calls too. SHHH

R U Excited for Crop Camp? I am! Shandra, Kathy and I are heading out to the camp this evening to get the goodie bags out and get the prizes ready and prepare to see our 100+ favorite ladies and Mike our Guy too!

The silent auction donation items are AWESOME! Shandra and Kathy snagged a few great items mingling with Trick or Treat moms last night and seriously you all wont be dissapointed I am excited to raise $$ for the camp and they so appreciate what us Crop Camp croppers are doing for them.

Trailer Trash Girls~I am bringing a late night snack to share this isnt required but if you were thinking and wanting to we have a fridge. I also bring a drink for myself because we have the fridge but the pop machines will be open at the dining hall. Problem with me with that is I am a skinny bitch and hate HATE being cold and I feel its going to be way too chilly for me to be running back and forth. BRRRR!

WOW. I am not even sure where to begin. Saturday was chaos from 7:30 till almost midnight. I do have pics but with Crop Camp starting for us 3 in 2 days I am not ready at all.

Friday we went to the Circus with my inlaws and all 3 kids and it was the coolest seeing the kids reactions and the elephant had BLING, seriously how much do you think it took to make the elephant sparkle all pretty.

Saturday was Arkalalah and bonfires and pumpkin carving in the middle of the kitchen floor at 9 pm at night

Sunday I had full intentions of packing and preparing for Crop Camp but I was worn out from the 4 days before.

Last night we packed goodie bags and divided up prizes in between buildings and got the silent auction items ready, I have a serious feeling that is where the money will be going there are some great items from the local business's and there are things I MUST HAVE! It was nice coming home to dinner, I had worked late and Ryan had dinner ready when I got home I am just so lucky to have him and he to realize when I am stressed but hate to ask for help.

Tonight I plan to get Carlee to violin and cook dinner and begin the process of packing and loading to be prepared to work even later tomorrow night while all the little spooks are out and about. If you live near me Hannah Montana will be on our porch.

I had to have a picture. No particular reason only the fact that a little fact you may not know about me. I love pinup art. The old 50's & 60's kind. So if you ever see this kinda of stuff please let me know. I plan to have some of this type of art in my bathroom one day.

Girls who are in my Biz Card Swap I have gotten some great questions and tips and here is one from Amy David:

I discovered that if you find a good picture that youwould like on the card, printing off a 'contact sheet'or even a 'thumbnail' sheet makes the pictures smallenough for the cards without any distortion of thepicture. I printed out 35 on one 8 1/2x11 sheet of photo paper.

We have the Arkalalah Night parade and rides Wednesday night in AC. This is a big thing from my hometown of parades and rides and food and crafts. Thursday night we are kicking back, Friday night we have the Circus in Wichita with my in-laws. Saturday day is ALL Arkalalah crafts parade etc and Saturday evening I have 2 get togethers I was invited too. If its cold you know this skinny bitch. The only place you will find me is under my blanket in my chair :)

I am looking forward to seeing everyone next weekend. We found out that our Graves Drug store in Ark City has installed an old fashion soda fountain so if you ladies plan on going into Ark City to shop go in early enough before they close and take some great pics and enjoy the soda fountain I hear its awesome and I plan to go check it out on Wednesday. Summer is great goes over the project and pretty much says "Go and if you need help or support I am here" You can do your own thing and "its all good" I love that!!

I love it when you hold the camera out in front of you and it actually takes a great pic!! It seems alot of ours that we both love derive from stretching your arm out as far as we can :)
This is the Crescent Hotel where we spent our honeymoon because our cruise got cancelled. But it was perfect for us, laid back, did some shopping got massages and just relaxed. I think that is why we both love this place. We get there let a breath out and just chill.

The Amazing art wall. Each is a seperate panel that a different artist created. Eureka Springs is brimming with amazing art talent, dont ever pass up seeing the local art or hearing a local band the talent is uncomparable to anything I have ever seen.

What a beautiful sight. I cannot even begin to explain in words how gorgeous and historic this hotel and the buildings in this area are.
Night shot looking up at the balcony where we had dinner Friday evening. I have been coming to this city for years and always wanted to eat here and never did. Charlotte and Buzz Houston were our hosts they have been friends with my in laws for years and live on Beaver. Charlotte could be a tour guide for this city. I would pay big bucks to wander the streets with her.
Well today begins our tour of Eureka Springs one of the best places to visit and relax and enjoy some time with your hubby. This for us is one of the most relaxing places that we both can let a deep breath out and enjoy ourselves.
This is where we spent dinner on Friday evening we were on the 5th floor balcony you can see the canopies of the stores below and the roads. Enjoy more to come, Vette pics tomorrow :)
